Logging In?
If you are experiencing difficulties logging in, your problem may be due to
a "browser cookie" issue. If so, this problem can be easily fixed by
clearing your browser's cookies. A "cookie" is simply a file stored by
your computer to remember settings for a web site that you have visited. To
clear your cookies, simply open your Web browser, go to your Internet Options
menu and select the "Delete Cookies" option. Note: The location of this
option may vary depending on the browser type that you use (i.e., Internet
Explorer, Netscape, FireFox, etc.). For example, Internet Explorer users
will find this setting in: Tools > Internet Options > Select the
"Delete..." button (or Delete Cookies) > Select the "Delete all" button.
Once you have deleted your cookies, open a new browser and try to login once again. If you are still unable to login, select this link or contact your payroll service provider.
